Still tired, you often just drink coffee before leaving the house. But this is not healthy at all. A good breakfast contains many nutrients for the body and thus also nourishes the mind. So instead of skipping that important meal, try this new popular drink: Banana coffee.
A basic recipe from Costa Rica
Of course, the trendy drink is also available on the Chinese video platform TikTok viral. User @elliegervais recently shared a clip showing a basic recipe she brought back from Costa Rica. Feature: the drink really only consists of two ingredients: bananas and Coffee.
And here’s how it works
To make banana coffee, the coffee must be pre-cooled and the bananas must be slightly overripe and frozen. Alternatively, you can use unfrozen bananas and add ice cubes.
Both ingredients are then blended together in a blender until they are creamy in the blender. If desired, you can add a little cream on top. Banana coffee is ready!
